RepoScore is a private, internal mobile application operated by HNS Recovery for use by authorized HNS Recovery users only.

This Privacy Policy explains what information RepoScore collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and the rights available to authorized users of the app.

1. Who This App Is For

RepoScore is an internal performance and reporting tool intended exclusively for authorized HNS Recovery employees, contractors, and management personnel. Access is restricted and requires approved credentials issued by HNS Recovery.

If you are not an authorized HNS Recovery user, you should not access or use this app.

Technical logs and diagnostics: retained for a limited time, typically 30–90 days, unless needed for security, auditing, or issue resolution

RepoScore is a private, internal application and only accesses the minimum system permissions required to operate. The app does not access or collect precise or approximate location data (foreground or background), camera, photos or media files, microphone, contacts, Bluetooth, or other nearby device data. RepoScore may request permission to send notifications for internal alerts or updates and may access basic device and network information strictly for security, diagnostics, and app stability purposes. No data is collected in the background beyond standard technical diagnostics, and no special permissions requiring prominent consent (such as background location or audio recording) are used.

9. Data Deletion & Consent Withdrawal

Authorized RepoScore users may request deletion of their personal data by submitting a request through the app’s account or settings section (where available) or by contacting HNS Recovery via the privacy contact email listed above. Requests are typically reviewed and responded to within 30 days. Upon approval, personal identifiers (such as name, work email, and user profile information) will be deleted or anonymized where feasible. Certain records—such as performance history, security logs, and audit-related data—may be retained for legitimate internal, legal, or compliance purposes and cannot always be immediately removed. Where applicable, users may also withdraw consent for optional diagnostic or analytics data by adjusting in-app settings or contacting HNS Recovery, though some essential technical logs may continue to be collected to ensure security and proper operation of the app.
