HNS Recovery may get information from third parties and add it to the information HNS Recovery collects through HNS Recovery Services. HNS Recovery may access some information from a third-party social media service if you use it to create or log into your online account or share information from the service with HNS Recovery. HNS Recovery follows the Privacy Policy and authorization procedures of the social media service when accessing such information. HNS Recovery protects data from third parties according to this notice and any extra limits from the other sources.

Some browsers have a “do not track” (“DNT”) option. But there is no common standard for DNT among industry groups, technology companies, or regulators. So, HNS Recovery does not respond to DNT signals. HNS Recovery will keep an eye on DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.

Processing

Service Providers

If you work for HNS Recovery or use an application from HNS Recovery, HNS Recovery may collect information to share with HNS Recovery’s insurance carriers, storage facilities, and customers. The HNS Recovery Services is directed at individuals of the age of 18 and over. HNS Recovery does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 (“Children”). If HNS Recovery becomes aware of individuals who have provided HNS Recovery with personal data and are under the age of 18, HNS Recovery will take steps to deactivate the account and delete the personal data. Promotional and Newsletter Communications

HNS Recovery newsletters and marketing emails include the option to opt-out of receiving any further emails. You may also opt-out of receiving specific promotional emails by emailing privacy@HNSRecovery.com. HNS Recovery may still send non-promotional communications such as security alerts, service updates, or notices related to HNS Recovery’s ongoing business relationship.

California Residents

Under California law, California residents have certain rights with respect to personal information. This Privacy Policy lists the categories of personal information that HNS Recovery collects and discloses for a business purpose and includes references to corresponding categories of personal information outlined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). HNS Recovery displays personal testimonials of satisfied customers on HNS Recovery’s website in addition to other endorsements. With your consent, HNS Recovery may post your testimonial along with your first name and the first letter of your last name.  By leaving a review on this site you are providing your consent to publish your review on this site.

Your Privacy Rights

You have certain rights regarding the personal information HNS Recovery maintains about you.
