​If your car has been repossessed by our office here is the information you will need to assist you in this process first if you are attempting to redeem your vehicle or personal property please contact your lien-holder immediately we cannot assist until your lien-holder has provided our office with a release. This includes personal property release. All release appointments are made online by clicking the book an appointment button below, you will need the last six of the VIN of the repossessed vehicle and the primary borrower's name to make the appointment online. We cannot assist you without an appointment.

● Live representative assistance for any customer service needs is available only during the hours listed.


● Processing and reviewing documents takes time, as they are often transferred between the lien holder's various departments and our redemption team. These internal transfers can sometimes lead to delays that are beyond our direct control.


● We may double book appointments, email redemptions@hnsrecovery.com.


● The 1st text/email you receive after booking is NOT a confirmation, It is acknowledging HNS
has received your appointment request.


● You will receive address and instructions, within 5 hours of appointment time.


● Your vehicle redemption appointment includes your personal property.


● Any questions email redemptions@hnsrecovery.com.

● Transporters please email questions to transport@hnsrecovery.com.


● The confirmation email/text will include our address and all needed information.


● Please bring your own bags.
